Greencroft Valley Wildflower Update

FRIENDS OF GREENCROFT VALLEY

Over a month has passed since we planted this year’s wildflower plugs in Greencroft Valley. As the wood avens have gone to seed, may flowers have arrived and the yellow flag irises have come into flower.

A geranium has also made it’s way in (that certainly wasn’t one of the plugs!) We also found a lovely reed-like beastie in the woodland we discovered was pendulous sedge.
